Job Overview Take advantage of this rare opportunity to work in the San Juan Island's premier fine dining restaurant and bar. We have a well established team looking to add a few key players to the roster. Our current team is dynamic, and cross trained, so we can make internal adjustments to suit your strengths. This position could be dining room server, lounge server, bartender, or expediter depending on your skill sets. Tips range from 35-55/hour in the tip pool. Summer is coming to Orcas Island, and we're excited for another busy season! Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or guest relations is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Tock, and Toast are a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience in fine dining environments, including tasting menu service is a plus.
