Role:

We are a family-style Vietnamese restaurant in Pasadena looking for a dependable crew member who takes ownership of their job. This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying busy.

Duties Include:

Active Prioritization:

Managing in-person and phone orders simultaneously while maintaining a calm, friendly energy for guests.

High-Volume Service:

Serving food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders flow smoothly even during peak hours.

Rapid Resets:

Cleaning and clearing tables quickly to help the dining room stay ahead of the rush.

Station Support:

Assisting the kitchen with packing to-go orders and preparing beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) to maintain total restaurant flow.

Requirements:

The "Fast Mover"

Mindset:

Ability to learn and remember new procedures and multitask without compromising quality.

Strong Prioritization Skills:

Able to identify which tasks are most urgent when the restaurant gets busy.

Reliability:

Dependable and punctual

Positive Hustle:

A "team-first" attitude and willingness to help other stations as needed.

Availability:

Please indicate your hours of availability between Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM. Full time availability is preferred.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
