Your role will involve interacting with customers, taking orders, and assisting with food preparation while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly manner. Operate the Toast POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards in food handling practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Kitchen experience is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
