We're hiring a Front of Store Lead to be the first line of defense at the front counter-keeping orders accurate, customers happy, and the shop running smoothly. Schedule & requirements (please read):

• 30-35 hours/week
• Saturdays required: 10am-2pm
• Must be available for holiday all-hands weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's, Prom, Weddings, Nurses Week/Day, Mother's Day)

Responsibilities:

• Take phone and walk-in orders accurately (names, addresses, card messages, delivery instructions)
• Use good judgment on substitutions and communicate clearly with designers/customers
• Upsell thoughtfully (premium blooms, upgraded vase, chocolates, cards, etc.)
• Coordinate with designers/drivers to keep timing and priorities on track
• Maintain a clean, stocked, customer-ready front area
• Create and maintain creative seasonal retail displays efficiently (cooler/front counter/add-ons)
• Handle customer issues calmly and professionally (including sympathy orders) Qualifications
• 2+ years retail/hospitality/customer service
• Comfortable with POS/computers (we'll train on our system)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Flower shop experience strongly preferred Pay Note
