This vital role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food service, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house operations, including guest seating, order taking, and service delivery to ensure smooth flow and high standards of hospitality. Lead, train, and develop staff members in food handling, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols. Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to optimize team productivity and morale. Oversee cash handling procedures, inventory control, and daily financial reconciliation to maintain accuracy and accountability. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all front-of-house activities. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty. Collaborate with kitchen management on food presentation standards, timing coordination, and overall restaurant flow. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transaction management. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, training staff, and supervising daily operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices. Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; culinary experience or barista experience is advantageous.
