Front Office Administrator

Wellness in Motion Boston (WIMB) is a thriving wellness clinic with chiropractic, physical therapy, massage and acupuncture seeking a full-time personable, organized, and Office Administrator for our clinic at Market Street, Lynnfield.

Candidate must be:

Experienced in (or willing to learn) a clerical medical office (Ideally 1+ years in medical office) Proactive, friendly and able to multitask Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable and responsible Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook A quick learner and be able to work in fast-paced environment Able to keep track of assigned tasks and communicate clearly the status of such tasks Self motivated and enthusiastic personality Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team Be able to work flexible hours on some occasions Candidate will be responsible for: Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments for multiple practitioners Checking insurance benefits, communicating with insurance carriers and doctor's offices Check in/Check out Preparing and maintaining documentation Providing clerical support as requested to all other members of the team Greeting and directing patients Entering patients information into computer EMR Upkeep of the office Procurement of office supplies
