Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Office Manager, where you will lead the front desk operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for guest relations, operational efficiency, and team collaboration, making every guest interaction memorable and positive. We are looking for a proactive professional with a previous experience in front desk operations in a hotel setting. This position also requires flexibility to work all scheduled shifts in the event of a callout or as the need arises (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am). Responsibilities Supervise all front desk activities, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing processes to ensure smooth operations. Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a friendly and professional approach, enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols. Lead and motivate front desk staff by providing training on hospitality standards, phone etiquette, and guest services best practices. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and address any service needs swiftly. Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency. Foster a welcoming environment by promoting hospitality management principles and ensuring team adherence to service standards. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front office operations within a resort or hotel environment. Strong background in hospitality management with demonstrated leadership skills in supervising front desk teams. Hands-on experience with night audit procedures, guest relations, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with phone etiquette and hotel management software is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services, hospitality standards, and conflict resolution.
