Front Office Manager

Take part in supporting and assisting the growth and development of an innovative and life changing service provided for those seeking answers to some difficult health questions. This isn't a place to clock in and clock out and just get a paycheck. What we do is bigger than us! Oversee and manage the front desk operations of the clinic: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all patients and new patients. Welcome sign for new patients. Manage texting platform and reminders for patient visits Be friendly and engaging with patients and team members. Check patients in and check them out. Take payments from patients/clients. Answer phone calls, set up appointments, be able to answer questions and resolve concerns (Be willing to learn scripts for communicating our mission and helping people make empowered decisions) Input patient care information from office visits into patient management software. Learn the details of the different services we offer (AMIT/Muscle Activation, TRT, QNT, HRT, Neurofeedback, NIS). Administer and manage billing to car insurance companies for patients that have suffered injuries from Motor Vehicle Collisions. Receive Complimentary Care from Dr. Wells for you and your immediate family members. Be willing to learn and grow and develop new skills. Be willing to be responsible and accountable to your team in striving for excellence.
