• Part-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to greet and help our patients when checking in and out, verifying insurance and answering phones and scheduling patients.

In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management activities. Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Handle all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and verifying insurance. Utilize Dental software ideally dentrix with proficency. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email, offering support or directing requests appropriately Minimum 2 years of experience in dental customer service. Willing to mentor and train to succeed in this role.
