• 5:30 PM (20-25 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and text messages in a courteous and timely manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Collect copays and assist with basic insurance-related questions
• Maintain and update patient flowsheets and documentation
• Process incoming and outgoing faxes
• Coordinate with therapists and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Perform general front office administrative duties as needed Qualifications
• Prior experience in a medical or physical therapy office preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service
