$20/hour Plus Monthly Performance Bonuses About the Role We're looking for a friendly, motivated Front Office Sales & Patient Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our hybrid out‑of‑network physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable having pricing conversations, and takes ownership of results. This is not a passive front desk role . You'll be directly involved in clinic growth through scheduling new patients, following up consistently, and helping keep the schedule full. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and web inquiries Confidently explain our out‑of‑network model and per‑visit pricing Schedule and confirm initial physical therapy evaluations Follow up with prospective patients who haven't scheduled Rebook cancellations and no‑shows to keep providers' schedules full Support patients throughout their care with clear communication and empathy Provide a high‑touch, professional front‑desk experience How You're Measured (Key KPIs) Completed Initial Evaluations Scheduled Total Out‑of‑Network Visits Completed per Month These KPIs reflect new patient conversion, follow‑up, retention, and schedule optimization. Pay & Incentives $20/hour starting pay Monthly performance bonuses tied to KPIs Typical bonus range: $30-$1,000+ per month High performers earn meaningful upside as clinic volume grows (Full bonus structure is provided during the interview process.)
