Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate data entry within digital and physical records Schedule appointments and manage calendars Computer proficiency Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing Must own personal vehicle Excellent customer service skills Organizational skills Communication Detailed-oriented Team player Professionalism Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency Attention to detail
Schedule Mon-Thurs:
7:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Fri:
7:30 A.M.-4:00 P.M.
Location Johnstown, PA Salary Starting:
$20.00 hour Benefits 401 (k)
Vacation Profit Sharing Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
