Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a full-time Front Office Team Member to become part of our amazing team. Falls Oral Surgery is a fast-paced, two-doctor practice built on teamwork, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to providing an exemplary patient experience. Our practice is anchored by hardworking, articulate, and compassionate individuals who enjoy working together and creating a positive environment for both patients and team members. This position plays a vital role in the patient experience and includes responsibilities such as patient scheduling, answering phones, coordinating treatment, insurance and financial communication, and helping patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch surgical care alongside exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is neat, articulate, organized, dependable, personable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but certainly not essential. What is more important is the candidate's ability to be a kind, hardworking, and smiling addition to our team.
