Front Operation Leader

Job Summary We are seeking a Front Operations Leader - a charismatic and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can guide our front desk team to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and extraordinary client experience. This is more than a management role; it's a chance to shape the first impression every client has of our hospital and ensure our medical team can operate at their best. Duties Oversee daily client check-ins, appointments, and communications with professionalism and efficiency. Manage and optimize front desk workflows to support our veterinary team under high-pressure situations. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and positivity at the front of the hospital. Proficiency in veterinary software management and the ability to complete tasks related to accounts payable and payment processes. Handle client concerns and feedback with empathy, diplomacy, and composure. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Train new front team members and support ongoing professional development. Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth hospital operations. Lead, mentor, and inspire the front desk team to provide exceptional client experiences. Experience A minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership role in veterinary reception. Prior experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced, client-focused veterinary environment. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm, decisive, and inspiring under pressure. Proficiency with veterinary practice management software. A passion for animals, client services, and creating an exceptional hospital experience.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
