• Full-time Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and professional Front Supervisor to join our team at The LakeHouse Restaurant & Bar.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage daily front-of-house operations, support staff, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations Lead and support servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns professionally Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the restaurant Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service Monitor opening and closing procedures Handle POS transactions and cash management when required Help maintain inventory and supplies for front-of-house operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Qualifications Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Leadership and team management abilities Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations Positive attitude and professional appearance What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Friendly and supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the company Employee meal discounts
