Frontier Sales Representative

At RANR, we represent clients with professionalism and friendly service that creates customer engagement within our community. We aim to educate and connect communities with our telecommunications clients products and services that will provide long-term satisfaction. Our next Frontier Sales Representative will be involved in interpersonal communication in-person with our local neighborhoods and customers, and will be the focal point of sales and marketing communications. Frontier Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Provide proper sales and customer relations services during face-to-face interactions with potential customers within the region Engage directly with community members to discuss telecommunications products and services, guiding them through the sales process Address and document customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests accurately in the system Participate in team training sessions focused on customer relations, sales strategies, and the latest product and service updates Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction Provide detailed product information and promotional details, offering recommendations based on customer needs Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions Enhance the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and support

Frontier Sales Representative Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or a similar client-facing role is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer inquiries effectively Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professional skills Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to collaborate with sales representatives, customer service teams, and other associates

Pay:

$850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
