Job Summary Job Summary The Frosh Head Football Coach is responsible for leading and developing the freshman football program at Brawley Union High School District. The coach will provide instruction, mentorship, and supervision to student-athletes while promoting academic achievement, sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and character development. The Freshman Head Football Coach will organize and conduct practices, prepare athletes for competition, and implement football fundamentals and strategies aligned with the overall philosophy of the district's athletic program. The coach is expected to foster a positive and safe environment that supports the physical, emotional, and educational growth of student-athletes.
