Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Fry Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality dishes that delight our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a vibrant, fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards, focusing on fried dishes and other menu offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station and kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients and suggesting improvements for dishes Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Support food preparation for catering events and special functions as needed Serve food promptly and professionally to guests or team members, maintaining excellent service standards Follow all safety protocols, including knife skills and proper use of kitchen equipment, to ensure a safe working environment Skills Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques Fine dining experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and presentation skills Proficiency in food safety practices and sanitation standards Excellent knife skills for efficient food prep and cooking tasks Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards Previous experience in the food industry or catering environments is preferred Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles Join us as a Fry Cook and bring your passion for culinary arts to life!
