Join Our Team as a Practitioner at a new Carmi Clinic affiliated with Wabash General Hospital! Wabash General Hospital is a cornerstone of healthcare excellence in the Mount Carmel community, and they are expanding! Opening a new clinic in Carmi, IL. Integritas is a locally owned, physician-led company dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in low-volume Emergency Departments and Hospital Medicine programs across Illinois. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking humble and joyful providers to embrace learning and lead a team with efforts in maintaining excellence in patient care. FT

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois

DEA, CSL ACLS, PALS

At least 1 year UC/PC experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Located just outside of Indiana Urgent Care Clinic is inside of the hospital At Integritas, our providers are truly part of our family! We emphasize frequent and regular face-to-face communication. When our providers have questions or needs, they reach out to someone they know and trust!
