Job Description

Fulfillment Associate Job Summary The Fulfillment Associate provides administrative support to the Account Services and Front/Back Operations Teams. They are instructed in general knowledge of the Point of Purchase Display Industry to be able to better assist the entire Account Services and Operations Teams. This role also provides back-up to the Front Desk Associate, as needed. Responsibilities Monitors, fulfills, and maintains Web Based Hotlines Assists with preparing various reports (tracking, parts lists, etc.) Reads basic drawings and layouts to determine parts that are required Calls stores directly and speaks to Team Members, Operations Members or Store Managers to clarify Hotline requests and to make sure that accurate parts will be shipped out Works with our Production and Fulfillment Teams to pull correct parts Supplies shipping information and writes up shipping memos Maintains log of hotline requests & regularly updates tracker with tracking and relevant details Prepares invoices for fulfillment parts and posts invoices to retailer's web-based systems Assists with creating component lists by brand Updates estimated completion dates if we have to produce any replacement products Knows how to differentiate inventory that's allocated for new stores versus over's for replacements Reads instruction sheets to understand the different components and part numbers for each job Takes inbound calls from stores and clients for fulfillment requests on other production jobs Backs up the Front Office Associate when needed Qualifications Reliable and accountable, consistent attendance and punctuality required Detail oriented Must be able to follow directions with minimal supervision Must have a sense of urgency and be a self-starter Must be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft applications (especially Outlook, MS Word, Excel); must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets Strong communication in verbal and written form; be able to communication with all levels within the organization Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills which includes the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to use a computer and other office equipment, as necessary Must be able to reach over shoulder, bend at waist, climb, lift, and kneel & be able to lift 25 lbs.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
