  • Full-time About Us Grace Rose Farm is a leading grower and shipper of premium live plants, serving customers across the country.
We operate a high-volume fulfillment environment where quality, speed, and accuracy are critical. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Fulfillment Manager to lead our shipping and inventory operations. Position Overview The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping operations. This role requires strong leadership, process-driven thinking, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, perishable product environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping Manage and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee inventory control processes Lead, train, and manage fulfillment staff to meet performance and quality standards Utilize systems such as Shopify and ShipStation to manage orders and shipping logistics Analyze data using Excel to track performance, identify trends, and improve processes Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment and shipping Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions quickly Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and shipping requirements for live plants Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse management (required) Strong working knowledge of Excel (data tracking, reporting, and analysis) Experience with Shopify and ShipStation (or similar platforms) required Solid understanding of inventory management systems and processes Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with perishable goods or agricultural products is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who can manage both people and process Someone who brings structure, accountability, and continuous improvement to operations A proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they arise
