Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based backend development, cloud-native technologies, and distributed system design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise applications using modern development frameworks and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and technical solutions using Java technologies. Build and enhance backend services and microservices architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security. Design and develop RESTful APIs and support API Gateway integrations. Develop secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based systems within AWS environments. Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and managed orchestration platforms such as EKS. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Contribute to system architecture discussions and modern distributed system design initiatives. Support CI/CD and Agile development practices to improve delivery efficiency and code quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. 6-10 years of hands-on software development experience using Java. Strong backend development expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security. Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating with API Gateways. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and security best practices. Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available systems on AWS. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms such as EKS. Experience developing microservices-based architectures. Strong understanding of distributed system design patterns and enterprise application architecture. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CockroachDB. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Jira.
