• Personal Care Ashton Commons Senior Living Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Full-Time Activities Assistant to join our Personal Care team!

In this role, you will help create meaningful experiences that promote engagement, socialization, and overall well-being for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and leading daily activities and events for personal care residents Encourage resident participation and engagement Support group activities such as games, crafts, exercise classes, music, and outings Build positive relationships with residents and families Assist with decorating and preparing for special events and holiday celebrations Maintain activity supplies and activity calendars Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents' emotional and social needs

Qualifications:

Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with seniors in a team-oriented environment Previous activities, recreation, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required Must be dependable, organized, and enthusiastic
