Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our apartment communities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, plumbing and painting skills in a fast-paced setting, making a tangible difference every day. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, and within apartments to ensure optimal performance. Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC servicing, carpentry, and residential painting to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality. Turn vacant units completing tasks such as repair, painting, and cleaning to make unit ready to rent. Lead or support team efforts in maintaining a safe work environment while providing excellent customer service to residents and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance with strong general maintenance background. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
