Comfort Keepers is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Full-Time Caregivers in Granbury, TX (76048) who are looking for consistent scheduling, supportive leadership, and long-term career growth in senior care. Compensation & Benefits $15.50-$17.00 per hour (based on CNA certification and experience) Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential Employee Referral Program — earn extra by referring qualified caregivers Paid training and orientation to help you succeed Bi-weekly payroll with direct deposit Insurance benefits available for full-time employees PTO accrual beginning after one year of employment Flexible scheduling with opportunities for additional hours Supportive office staff available when assistance is needed Direct communication with the scheduling team for real-time support Your Role as a Comfort Keeper As a caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and engaging conversation Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Performing light housekeeping such as laundry, linen changes, meal preparation, and general tidying Assisting clients with daily routines and preparing for the day Planning and preparing nutritious meals Providing medication reminders Transporting clients to appointments and errands Supporting family members by demonstrating safe caregiving techniques Minimum Qualifications We are looking for caregivers who: Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect Can follow and understand each client's Plan of Care Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (travel required) Have at least one year of senior care experience (agency, facility, or private care) Are dependable, flexible, and eager to learn Are comfortable around small pets (dogs and/or cats) Are responsive to phone calls, texts, or emails regarding scheduling and updates Can safely lift at least 25 lbs Dementia care experience is a plus Why Join Comfort Keepers?
