Job Description

Full-Time Cook 200 Hill Drive, Saint Meinrad, IN 47577 Full-time Full-time Cook with purpose. Feed the heart of Saint Meinrad. Show off your passion for cooking while preparing and serving delicious meals to the monks, seminarians, and guests of Saint Meinrad. This role would work as part of a team, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure the kitchen is ready for scheduled serving times.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Gather supplies and food items. Prepares and cooks the meals. Covers, dates, labels, and stores all leftover foods. Sets up serving lines in both dining rooms and has responsibility to ensure adequate amounts of food during meal periods. Cleans steamers, fryers, kettles, ovens, and all prep work areas in cooks' station after use, including weekly cleaning of fryer oils.
