Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Director or Supervisor, the Cook will prepare, season and cook food for residents, patients, staff and visitors. $2,000 sign on bonus for full time Contact Marissa Loucks, HR Director at 701-965-6384 or mloucks@dcstlukes.org for more information.
Requirements:
BASIC DUTIES
Determines types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups to be prepared by reviewing planned menus. Ensures meals are ready at specified times. Consults Registered Dietitian on modified diets, as necessary. Maintains kitchen in a clean, neat and organized manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
