Full-time Customer Service Rep

Job description We are looking to hire an organized, motivated and detailed oriented person to be a part of our family here at All About Animals. Applicant must be able to multitask and keep up with our busy, fast paced practice while maintaining a friendly, up-beat demeanor with our clients and their pets. Applicant also must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Relevant experience and computer skills is a must. Position schedule varies on Weekdays, Must be able to work on Saturday mornings Duties include but not limited to: Answering phones Scheduling appointments and procedures Stocking food and medication Maintaining medical records and documents Handle the assigned responsibilities with grace and professionalism
