Full-Time Endodontic Dental Assistant White Bear Lake Endodontics | Where Technology Meets Compassion Are you a skilled Dental Assistant who thrives in a high-tech, professional environment? Do you pride yourself on being a "calming presence" for patients? If so, we want to meet you! About the Role We are looking for an energetic, positive team player to join our beautiful, state-of-the-art Endodontic practice. Because we specialize in root canal therapy, our patients often arrive feeling nervous. Your mission is to provide world-class chair-side assistance while ensuring every patient feels respected and cared for. As a key member of our small, dedicated team, you are a self-starter who isn't afraid to jump in where needed—whether that's mastering a complex clinical procedure or helping out at the front desk.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Excellence:
Provide expert chair-side assistance during endodontic procedures, utilizing fully digital workflows and advanced imaging.
Safety First:
Maintain a hazard-free environment by strictly following all infection control and sterilization protocols.
Office Stewardship:
Manage dental inventory, order supplies, and ensure our operatories are pristine.
Patient Advocacy:
Work cooperatively with our staff and referring offices to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Administrative Support:
Cross-train to assist with scheduling and front-desk duties to keep the practice running smoothly. What You Bring to the
Table:
Licensure:
Must be a Licensed or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/LDA).
Certifications:
Current CPR training is required.
Tech-Savvy:
High comfort level with digital x-ray equipment, electronic record-keeping, and general computer proficiency.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills; you can explain complex procedures in a way that puts patients at ease.. The "Plus"
Factors:
• Previous dental/insurance knowledge is highly valued.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus!
