Full-Time Field Technician

Full-Time Staff Member Environmental & Technical Services LLC (ETS) is a well-established civil engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm serving clients since 2001. We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team in field-based operations . This position involves daily travel to project sites, environmental sampling, and supporting water and wastewater system operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine field sampling of water, wastewater, and environmental media.
• Travel to multiple client sites daily to conduct system checks and operational observations.
• Assist with day-to-day operation and monitoring of water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Record field data accurately and maintain compliance logs.
• Communicate site conditions and findings with project managers and office staff.
• Serve as a field representative for clients and regulatory coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Water and/or Wastewater Operator License is a plus but not required.
• Experience with field sampling or mechanical/utility field work is helpful.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's License required (company vehicle use expected)
• Familiarity with NJDEP regulations is a plus.
