Full Time Hospital Pharmacist - Up to $135,000/Yr + $10K Sign On!

Full‑time Hospital Pharmacist responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication use across all areas of the hospital. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote best practices in medication therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, dispense, and review medications for accuracy and appropriateness. Provide clinical support to healthcare providers regarding drug therapy and interactions. Monitor patient medication regimens for therapeutic effectiveness and safety. Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. Educate patients and staff on medication use and best practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate documentation and inventory control of all pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. Current South Dakota Pharmacist License (or eligibility to obtain before start date). Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Previous hospital or clinical experience preferred.
