FULL TIME KEY HOLDER 10am-6pm

Army Barracks is a unique Army/Navy retail store open to the public. We are a specialty retail store that carries a wide variety of military new and surplus, survival gear, airsoft, knives & swords, tactical and work clothing and much more! We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service.. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability. For a retail establishment we have amazing hours that help promote a work life balance. We are open 10-6 everyday. Weekends are the busiest time for so weekend availability/shifts are required for this position.

Employee Discount Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Act as a store manager when necessary Stay up-to-date with new products/services Planning, implementing, and overseeing all daily operations Opening and closing the store

Skills:

Requirements:

2 yrs retail key holder or asm store experience (min. 1yr retail mgmt experience is ideal) Flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends and some holidays Outstanding customer service skills, a good work ethic, reliable, and a sense of integrity Ability to lift max 40lbs, stand/walk for extended periods of time, and occasionally climb ladders If you like working with great people, being part of a fun shopping experience and have effective interpersonal skills ~ We'd love to hear from you.
