Full-Time We are looking to hire a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our friendly and professional team at our Royal Oak Location. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who is dependable, patient-focused, and looking to work in a positive clinic environment with strong support from an experienced team. Why This Is a Great Opportunity Monday-Friday schedule 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Very friendly working environment Full-Time DPT on staff PT Tech available for daily support WEBPT software used for documentation Great location Clean, modern, and up-to-date facility Supportive team atmosphere with room to grow professionally About the Role As a Licensed PTA , you will assist with patient care, treatment support, documentation, and daily clinic flow. You will work closely with our Doctor of Physical Therapy and PT Tech to help provide a smooth, comfortable, and professional experience for each patient. The ideal candidate should be caring, organized, reliable, and comfortable working hands-on with patients in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Assist patients with prescribed physical therapy treatments and exercises Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before patient visits Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable during treatment Monitor patients during exercises and therapy activities Help educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Document patient care using WEBPT Communicate clearly with the DPT and clinical team Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality Help keep supplies, equipment, and treatment areas ready for daily use Support overall clinic flow and patient experience Requirements Must have an active PTA license Experience with WEBPT is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a team environment Ability to follow treatment plans and therapist direction Strong attention to detail with documentation and patient care Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Caring and respectful toward patients Professional and dependable Comfortable in a hands-on therapy setting Organized with documentation Positive and easy to work with Motivated to grow with the clinic Able to create a great experience for every patient If you are a Licensed PTA looking for a Full-time opportunity in a friendly, supportive, and up-to-date physical therapy clinic , we would love to hear from you.
