  • Full-time Description Hello, We are looking for a responsible and level headed person to join the line at the Continental.
You can't be afraid of work, or an excuse maker. This is a good paying gig, for the right person. If you are not a serious person, or you have a history of changing jobs every month, please don't waste our time. On the other hand, if you want to settle in and grow with the company. Or you are just plain sick of working on a line with a bunch of flaky/low energy/hacks, then we will probably be a good fit. We prep every day and put out quality food as a rule. The business is growing and the vibes are great. This is a neighborhood gem of a restaurant with a very promising future. Responsibilities Maintain recipe guidelines Timely ticket execution and consistent preparation Menu collaboration Cleanliness and organization Proper safety adherence Promote smooth service with good habits Inventory awareness Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required Efficient prep techniques Strong knife skills Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, and remaining calm A team player mentality with excellent communication skills
