Full-Time Managerial Accountant - Join our Construction Team!

Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for a full-time Managerial Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in construction or trades setting, and be ready to take ownership of our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations Prepare accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and job costing Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team Support budgeting and financial reporting ​

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field relevant experience Strong understanding of Construction Accounting preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks and other packages preferred. Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and communications skills Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Strong analytical and problem solving skills Company DescriptionIowa Trenchless is a premier underground construction contractor seeking individuals with a great attitude.
