• Full-time Summary In the Full Time Office Position for the portable restroom side, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Your core skills in computer literacy, clerical tasks, and phone etiquette will be essential as you manage communications and support daily office functions. Your relevant experience in Microsoft Office and data entry will enhance our efficiency, making you a vital contributor to our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

Manages inbound customer inquiries, handles service requests, and ensures satisfaction for construction and event clients. Communicates with service drivers to manage schedule changes, and handle urgent service requests. Generate invoices, assist in keeping track of accounts receivable list and applying payments. Adding and deleting stops as necessary in the daily routing program.
