Full-Time Optician The ideal candidate will assist patients with selecting eyewear, educating them on lens options, and ensuring proper fit and comfort while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting patients with frame and lens selections Conducting fittings and adjustments for eyewear Educating patients on lens options, frame styles, and eyewear care Processing eyewear orders and managing inventory Assisting with insurance and optical billing processes Collaborating with doctors and staff to provide patient care Staying current on eyewear trends

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Retail sales and inventory experience beneficial Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Part-Time Optical Technician This role assists the doctor and clinical team with patient care, testing, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting preliminary patient assessments and histories Performing clinical testing and assisting with diagnostic procedures Scribing for the doctor during patient exams Maintaining accurate patient medical records Assisting the doctor with procedures Taking patient phone calls and addressing patient concerns Using optical equipment and software systems Supporting patient flow and daily clinic operations

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
