Families First is seeking motivated individuals to join our Oral Health team as a Supervisor, dedicated to promoting quality care and supporting community health.

Responsibilities:
Manage services for high-quality patient care and an exceptional experience. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement regional and company goals. Develop and execute clinic-specific goals in line with the organization's direction. Implement strategies to enhance patient care, clinical protocols, and outcomes. Lead and manage clinic staff to promote a collaborative, compliant work environment. Effectively manage the budget for resource optimization and financial sustainability. Ensure full provider coverage to meet patient demand and maintain service capacity.
Qualifications:
