As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will work directly alongside the Orthodontist and clinical team to help create beautiful, confident smiles while delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Prepare and break down treatment rooms while maintaining sterilization and infection control standards Assist the Orthodontist with clinical procedures under direct supervision Take digital scans, X-rays, and orthodontic photographs Assist with orthodontic appliances and retainers Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and appliance care Accurately chart treatment notes and support smooth daily operations Help maintain clinic cleanliness and organization Work closely with the team to keep the schedule running efficiently and provide an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality Someone who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment Looking for a long-term career opportunity with room for growth Why Join Robertson Orthodontics?
