Needed Full-Time Property Manager For Luxury Apartment Community- Fayetteville NC We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to lead operations at our upscale apartment community. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a luxury apartment community Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals Supervise and support onsite staff Coordinate maintenance and ensure property upkeep meets premium standards Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of Yardi Voyager preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
