Medical Providers - Okemah, Oklahoma Health & Wellness Center (HWC) is proud to announce the opening of our new clinic in Okemah, Oklahoma. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive, community-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited training program Certified and licensed by the State of Oklahoma to practice Maintains current continuing medical education (CME) requirements Possesses active DEA and OBNDD certification
