Apply today if you meet the following requirements: Two years of experience as a manager in a fine dining setting. Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a high-quality dining experience. Manage front-of-house staff, providing leadership and training. Foster excellent communication with guests and staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong attention to detail and organization. Must have strong leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to work any shift including evenings, weekends and holidays. Understanding of Toast POS System and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of wine & wine service.
