Our non-commissioned and caring sales consultants will take the time to educate and make their customers feel like family. Our fast-paced environment includes sales, repairs, jewelry buying, custom jewelry design and one on one direct interactions. Our sales associates are all certified Diamond Council of America Diamontologists and we continually educate ourselves to be up to date within the industry. On staff we pride ourselves in having GIA Graduate Gemologists for customer and associate education. We value our employee's time and efforts. Responsibilities:

Sales associates are responsible for being self-directed in a fast-paced environment which requires the ability to multitask in a full-time position. Being a unique small business, there are avenues other than sales for which the employee will be thoroughly trained. This includes sales, complicated and basic repairs, pricing of repairs, jewelry design and CAD CAM, diamond sales, gold and coin buying, appraisals and great listening skills. The ability to navigate computer programs at point of sale as well as interpersonal skills to create a loyal customer base. This job requires the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and be a positive representative of Earth Treasures.

Sales and Service:

Create relationships with our customers to achieve lifetime loyalty and repeat business. Demonstrate passion for our product and services to deliver memorable moments to every person who comes into the store. Demonstrate our goals and honorable business practices by being comfortable and honest in sales techniques in daily business interactions. Drive business by knowing the product and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 3 year's experience in jewelry or luxury retail.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• The ability to work in a self-directed fast paced environment.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Set retail hours with the ability to be flexible (Always Closed on Sundays). Full time schedule is a required.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) system
• Stand for prolonged periods of time
• Sit, stand, twist, turn, bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull.
• Most importantly, "The Unteachables.
