Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads and pizza doughs using traditional and innovative techniques Handle food production tasks including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes Create authentic and innovative Italian sauces and dishes with a modern light touch Execute existing recipes with consistency.
