Full-time Summary As a Full Time Tire Technician/Mechanic, you will be essential in providing high-quality tire services and vehicle maintenance to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in automotive , mechanical knowledge, and tire service to perform tasks such as oil changes and alignments. Your premium experience in automotive repair and dealership environments will enhance service quality. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and heavy lifting will support a collaborative team atmosphere, making you a vital asset to our organization. Qualifications Proficient in automotive and vehicle maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools Skilled in tire service, oil changes, and alignment Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting Excellent customer service skills and ability to perform heavy lifting Sales experience is a plus Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently while ensuring safety standards are met. Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance checks, including oil changes and alignments. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and explaining services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition. Assist in sales by recommending additional services based on vehicle assessments.
