Compensation & Benefits $387,840 t otal annual compensation package Competitive W-2 employment with full benefits Up to 192 hours of PTO per year CME reimbursement, 401(k) match, and cell phone stipend Medical malpractice coverage provided Practice Highlights 24-hour shifts, 7-8 in-house shifts per month Only 91 shifts annually for excellent work-life balance Candidates must be local or willing to relocate (cannot travel in for shifts) Supportive team environment within a leading health system
