TIG & MIG

welding experience required, previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus. Duties Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Plan jobs and maintain a schedule. Operate cutting torches and grind burrs/smooth edges. Measure materials with calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate cuts and welds. Must inspect own work for quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Skills Proficiency in MIG and TIG is a plus, along with other fabrication skills such as grinding and saw cutting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Experience working with sheet metal or structural steel components. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Our shop is clean, well-organized, and a great place to grow and learn. People with positive attitudes who seek to learn and apply themselves are welcome.
