• 7:30 AM) Schedule includes weekends and holidays as assigned Position Summary Aravilla Clearwater is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care team .

This role provides high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We are looking for professionals who are committed to preserving dignity, enhancing quality of life, and delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders Safely administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects and changes in condition Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ensure timely, accurate documentation Respond quickly to changes in condition, resident needs, and emergency situations Communicate clearly and professionally with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care Maintain compliance with Florida state regulations , community standards, and infection control protocols Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing in the State of Florida Prior experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred Strong understanding of dementia care best practices and person-centered care approaches Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in a fast-paced environment Current CPR/First Aid certification Work Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available 3rd
