• Your Role in the Legacy Mission As a CNA/Resident Assistant, you'll be more than a caregiver—you'll be a trusted companion, an advocate, and a part of the residents' extended family. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Experience in the care giving to older adults preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English Desire to work with older adults Friendly, caring disposition Knowledge Requirements Any required resident care training Provide personalized care and service, uphold the philosophy of assisted living, and well being of the residents. Provide assistance and support with residents' activities of daily living, and instrumental activities of daily living.
