Job Summary:

As the RN Unit Manager, you will assist the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing and coordinating all nursing services. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring residents receive individualized, high-quality care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing services Assist in managing staffing, training, and care delivery within budget Monitor and mentor nursing staff to ensure top-quality care Maintain accurate records and compile reports as needed Step in as Charge Nurse when required•Requirements Current Ohio RN license required Long-term care and supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
